Hey! For anyone still following, When using your gif from GIPHY, I HIGHLY suggest using fullscreen instead of source.gif. Not only will it prevent weird texture glitches, But also, This way, It properly wraps the image around the vehicle. Here’s an example!

I personally don’t think it can be done, it will require a texture to replace so, i am not sure what you’re asking is possible.
