What did you do to get this issue?
I installed a shader pack and directx but shader pack didn’t work so ı delete shader. pack After doing this the error begun
What server did you get this issue on?
issue prevents me from starting fivem

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
yes
Also add what you already tried so far.
ı tried reinstall gta5 and fivem , dowlanded dll packs and last version directx, checked graphics drivers , scanned windows for faulty dll’s
