Maybe upload your crashdump and fill out more fields, also does it crash when changing ingame to fullscreen/windowed borderless?

I added the citizen log, but cant find the dump file

If you press the “save information” button on the crash dialog it should select the crashdump file, also can you please try going into a server and setting your game to fullscreen/windowed borderless manually in settings? see if it crashes too

When I press ALT + Enter, the laptop freezes ; I can’t see any dialogue or deal with anything or even open task manager. I restart it using the button.
I tried now to do it manually from settings and same issue occurs.
