AI Rednecks/Gang Bangers?

They’re quite annoying, how can I get rid of them without disabling peds all together.
I used @KennethDevs script

Citizen.CreateThread(function()

	end

Buttttttttt, rednecks and still gangbangers. Any idea?

That native stops emergency services.

Maybe just:

Citizen.CreateThread(function()
    while true do
        Citizen.Wait(0)
        SetPlayerCanBeHassledByGangs(GetPlayerPed(-1), false)
    end
end)
