Update v0.4.0
Added support for all whisper languages
Fixed not working with newer artifacts

Note:
-custom NPCs do not work currently, if someone sees the feature as needed, it will be added back later

Is this still working? If custom NPCs do not work do regular NPCs work? What do you mean by Custom NPCs?

Everything is still in working condition other than the custom NPCs, which were NPCs you could set custom positions for with custom instructions, you can still talk to every NPC on the street though
