White tint after installing broken livery into my own test server. After I saw the white tint I thought it was just the livery fucking it up. But when I loaded into another server the white tint was still there

What are you trying to do?
Get rid of the white tint

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Clear Cache
Change game build
Remove scuffed car from server and deleted everything that’s related

What did you do to get this issue?

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
First was my own private test server, then it continued to others and also Fivem SP

Just an update I went thru a tech support session I know and we couldn’t get it to work, we uninstalled drivers, uninstalled fivem and specific files, cleaned out my gta 5 folder. We tried to turn down the brightness in fivem and it was stuck at the max. We couldn’t decrese the brightness at all.

Another update, I factory reset my pc… Same issue some how
