After 2 hours play, Fivem stopped load textures

So yesterday I played at one server Roleplay. I was organizer car racing. At the beginning event I start streaming that event. In the background i opened Google Chrome. After 2 hours play, FiveM stopped load textures. That looked that:

I don’t know what is the problem beacuse at normal game i didn’t have that problem. Once time i had that problem at event, I din’t stream him. I can repair that problem if i leave the server but i didn’t join there again (because server have always full slots ).

GTA V version? - newest
Up to date? - Yes
Legit or Pirate copy?- Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? - Steam
Windows version? - Windows 10 Home version 1903
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? - No

What did you do to get this issue? - nothing

OneSync - yes
slots - 64
.dmp files/report IDs

I tryed:
click some Widows shortcup to reload Textures:
ALT + Enter,
Spam Windows + Tab.
decrease use Disk (switch off apllication how Spotify or Discord )

This is because there are a lot of custom cars in the area. The custom cars are what cause this to happen. Some people habe told me that if you set the texture quality to medium this fixes it. Or you can just leave the area and your textures will return.
