how can i add another admin on the server?

I’m actually familiar with vRP, so hopefully, this can help you. First of all, the ace permissions have nothing whatsoever to do with vRP. Second, the reason you (most likely) have admin is that you were the first person to ever join the server, and vRP automatically gives superadmin to that user. So, you need to open your admin menu and add that player to the admin group.
