wt_adminpopups - Ticket/Report system!

From now if you’re using ESX you can assign groups as authorized users.
More language configuration has been added
Admin popups are a simple way to handle reports/tickets on your server, each time a new report is created its getting sent to every online admin.
Keybinds (you can change them aswell)
