I can launch GTA V just fine. I was not able to open FiveM at all until I deleted the content_index.xml. After that the game would last about 30 seconds then it would crash

What did you do to get this issue?
Download FiveM from the website as normal, launch the installer, tell it to replace my game cache, and wait for it to launch.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
I haven’t been able to connect to a server.

… uh, that sounds like it’d fail a few signing checks.

Mine ended up fixing itself after a while. IDK how I guess just leave it be for a bit and see if that helps

I am also having the same problem… I reinstalled a fresh install of windows, downloaded gta several times, reinstalled fivem several times… still not working. I don’t have any antivirus stuff turned on and I’ve tried going to the website to load in as well. still nothing. I did notice however it says running Rockstar launcher or tries to anyways which I never noticed before on previously using fivem. Under the certification it says it cant be verified as well. So not too sure. I did some how manage to get into the launcher at one point but crashed shortly after and hasn’t launched again since still.

I solved my issue by turning off my fire wall protection on my router
