Adding Custom Vests to my FivePD Server

So I’m trying to add in a custom K9 police vest, but I am running into difficulties in trying to get them from a lspdfr format to something I can use in FiveM. Anyone know how to get this accomplished. Before you ask, I do have an eup installed.

Download the vest, open the ytd with OpenIV and replace the texutres
