Adding a addon vehicle help

Hi there I am trying to add this addon car into my sever. For the life of me I cant figure out why the feck it wont add! lol

I have done what I normally do but for some reason it wont spawn the name? Can some one help me please!

Here are the pics below of what I been doing. (PS this is my first attempt of adding a addon car! Forget vehicle mods! lol I cant do that either!

Ok I am uploading the files now. Hope that works for u. If not let me know. Also Not sure what the hell to do with these? Could u do me a template of some sort please? Thanks

I can do replacement cars they are simple. Just vehicle mods and shit im not good at. lol Thanks in advance.
