Add some way to enable special car jacking animations

There exists these animations

Which are used in single player, but do not work in multiplayer. It seems to be a network check thats blocking them from being used as it works in scriptless sp localgame (codewalker discord offtopic showing that: Discord)

Being able to enable the weapon animations or set one of the player peds jacking animations would be a rather nice thing to have, adding some nice variety to carjacking

I can use the veh@jacking@0h@p_m_two@ std_perp_ds seemingly fine at least on Canary client.

The animations themselves play without trouble, but actually using it to jack a car is not possible. Might be doable by scripting it and doing a buncha wonky stuff but that’d certainly not be ideal.

I’m not certain how exactly you were wanting them to be implemented if not through scripting. What do you do in single player to use those instead of the default?

In the discord video, which is localGame with extremely light weight scripts the vehicle jacking animations are used there. That indicates that this is something that is activated at a game code level and not scripting.

There are additionally no mentions of any of these animation dictionaries in the decompiled scripts whatsoever.

This is something activated by game logic that is NOT activating it when it believes the game is networked.
