Add a CustomKeybinds Feature!

Hello Cfx.re team,
While on the FiveM client you can properly rebind or even unbind specific server functions/scripts/etc. via F8 console or in-game settings thanks to the “RegisterKeyMapping”, on RedM client that’s IMPOSSIBLE.
After all these years, I’m still experiencing issues where popups and menus open, character rise hands and other server UI things appears due to key conflicts.
And if someone gonna reply “reset your default key binds to avoid conflicts” please upvote instead so we can probably see this added in the future. It doesn’t matter that I’m a left handed person, everyone will benefit from this.

EX: the “PAGEDOWN” key opens revolver tricks and the weapon wheel for me at the same time, the “7” key opens a clothing menu and at the same time equips the lasso… the consumables wheel on “PAGEUP” tries to open /adminmenu bullsh*t, etc.

it somewhat is possible using RegisterRawKeymap with virutal key codes i believe the latest release of pma-voice does this. Its nowhere near RegisterKeyMapping like fivem but you can define everything on the keyboard plus it doesnt need a loop.
