Executive staff have stated “who says you have an opinion here, This isnt a democracy it is a dictatorship” Their team is misguided and it really shows how their leadership roles when people get what they want by spending real life money. Unfair and crass. The server itself runs well, And the community are great, departments are active, But from my own experience and others that i know its only good when your on the outside. Once you move up through staff and the Departments you start to see the real intentions and behaviors of the leadership and this does put a wall between the community and executives. Other than those small things i would still say LADOJRP is among the best servers out here, and i do wish i could come back one day because it really is a good server, But my time has come to and end and they will continue to move on.
