What is the issue you’re having?

I cannot launch my five m, it just crashes everytime i try to launch. dont know what to do. Pls help me

Okay, provide at least a screenshot of the crash dialog message and the Zip file that gets created when you click on “Save Information” in that window. Nobody can possibly help you right now as you provided absolutely no useful information.
