I’m making this topic because i was confronted to a very worrying situation.
I tried to post an honest review about one of the FiveM servers, which is hosted by very evil and bad people, but my posts got removed and censored without any reasons.
Even worse: while contacting the moderators they simply ignored my messages and deleted the topics, pretending it was about “ranting” and “hate comments”, while it was nothing but the plain truth.
I don’t know what to think about this and the community, as censoring bad reviews is nothing but cheating and showing only the fake good of a server and its people.
I thought the FiveM management was worth better than that.
I’d like to have your opinions about that and how we can avoid this kind of situations in the future.
Reviews are currently only enabled for pinned servers pending the full rollout later this month to all English-language servers.
If you posted a review anywhere else on the forums, it was likely removed for it being off-topic.
In case the review is not about a pinned server, stay tuned for the review functionality being re-enabled later this month. If it’s about a non-English-language server, we may have more updates next year.
Every event has views from different perspectives, here’s an alternative perspective of how things went down with you Corky, you broke the rules, and were lightly punished, unfortunately the amount of salt was too high. And you took the road of seeking “revenge”, you did so by cheating and harming the community, hence why you were eliminated from the admins.
Also as a side note, all of this took place in a different game, and a different server. I don’t see what is the point of bringing it here?
I had a similar experience with something I posted on the same topic. I was part of that community (CnR: Next Generation) and I had a very bad experience with the admin team. They harassed me, made up lies about me, encouraged their community to act the same way towards me, and their admins even repeatedly told me to kill myself on numerous occasions.
I made a video review about their community and posted it on YouTube and when the admins found out about it, they permanently banned me and said I was “damaging the servers reputation”. I have no idea how I could possibly damage the reputation of a server where the admins repeatedly told me to kill myself, but that’s what the admins accused me of doing.
After I was permanently banned, I went to the CnR:NG topic and mentioned how I had been banned for making a video that they didn’t like. The post was later removed, and I was never given a reason to why. I even mentioned how they have good gameplay in the message I posted on their topic. The message I posted was in no way off topic, and it wasn’t hateful in any way. So I have no idea why it was removed.
I’m not sure what’s going on with them, but it honestly seems like somebody in the FiveM management is protecting CnR:NG. Either because they like that community, or they like that they have the Element Club Aurum badge. Not sure what the reason is, but it’s obvious that somebody is trying to hide and censor how immature and unprofessional they really are.

This section, as said, is still not for server reviews, nor for blame-placing. If you want to review this (apparently not pinned) server, wait until the review feature is released to more servers.
In addition to that, @coLg8 has been suspended since the account seems to only have been created to cause dissent in the community.
