A way to see which resource consumes the most?

Hi all,
Is there a way to see which resource consumes the most of CPU/RAM ?
Getting a lot of boring “Server thread hitch warning : timer interval of xxx milliseconds” that i’d like to correct.

thx it works, if I upgrade my server 6gb RAM and 4x3ghz cpu to more this will decrease this hitch warning ? Is there a way to disable this message from console or set it to alert only when more than 400 milliseconds ?
