A plugin that plays a video the first time you join and a welcome test

Hi,

I was wondering if someone knew the name of the plugin that plays a video for people who join for the first time? And I need a plugin that gives you a test which you have to pass to be able to join.

the video part I think you are going to have to make yourself, should be fairly easy tho if you know basic html,css and some nui.

The test part you will need to search for it, if I am correct I remember there was a release for it, but that was a while ago, so you will just need to search a little deeper.
