Hello, I have a problem with fivem, I installed a graphics card 3080 xtrem waterforce and since fivem turns at 8 fps. Updated card made, no problem with other games. Power supply 750 wtt, ryzen7 3200x,32GB ram, what to do?

try using something called DDU remove all nvidia drivers and then download the latest ones from the nvidia website and see if it continues to happen.
