5R completely broken for me?

Somehow my 5R completely broke after quitting it, it just instantly crashes on load with the generic Windows error?

Same problem even after reinstalling 5R, guess theres something wrong with the new update

It doesn’t work on my pc with windows 7, but it does on my laptop with windows 10

Yep, I’m on Windows 7 and when I get to Social Club sign in, it just says PA has stopped responding.
