Tired of cities that promise to keep the Quality of RP good but never deliver?

So were we. We’re a small but growing group of long-time roleplayers who know how it feels to hop from city to city, hyped at first, only to see storylines vanish, roleplay get sidelined, and everything revolve around the same cops versus crims cycle or just favoritism with staff.

Iconic Roleplay was built to break that cycle.

Here, roleplay comes first. This is your space to tell your story, whether you’re a civilian, medic, officer, criminal, politician, or whatever your RP is. We are building a place where roleplay is the central point of it all and we’d love to have you join us in building something memorable.

We’re small now but growing fast, with clear rules, player-run government, a working legal system, and dedicated departments to keep the world alive and immersive for everyone.

POLITICAL SYSTEM

Iconic Roleplay features a full political system led by the Bureau of State Affairs (BSA), the highest authority in San Andreas. It unifies the Executive and Legislative branches under one framework while keeping the courts and local governments independent.

GOVERNMENT STRUCTURE

  • Executive Branch: The State Director enforces laws, runs departments, and sets policy.
  • Legislative Branch: The State Assembly of San Andreas, a 7-member elected body for each district, writes and passes laws.
  • Judicial Branch: Independent courts handle trials and civil rights. The Chief Justice leads the Supreme Court but does not vote on laws.

Del Perro, Rockford Hills, Strawberry, Mirror Park, Paleto Bay, Sandy Shores, Vespucci

MAYOR ROLE
The Mayor of Los Santos / Blaine County is elected and handles local city government. The Mayor can propose city laws but does not vote on state laws.

HOW LAWS PASS

  • New laws need a 4/7 majority in the State Assembly.
  • Veto overrides and big changes need 5/7 or all votes.
  • Laws get public hearings and court review.
  • Citizens can propose laws if enough people support them.

  • Conservative Union (CU)
  • Independents (IND)

Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)
Committed to lawful force, de-escalation, and building public trust through fair, immersive policing guided by POST standards.

San Andreas Medical Services (SAMS)
Statewide medical system delivering hospital care, emergency health response, and crisis stabilization with modern standards and full RP support.

Department of Justice (DOJ)
Independent legal system conducting trials, interpreting laws, and ensuring constitutional justice with dedicated judicial staff.

Office of the Attorney General
Leads legal policy, supervises prosecutors, advises on constitutional compliance, and upholds legal integrity statewide.

Office of the Commissioner
Sets law enforcement standards, oversees POST certification, investigations, discipline, and interagency policy compliance.

San Andreas Elections Commission (SAEC)
Neutral agency managing elections, certifying parties, ensuring transparency, and overseeing campaign laws and disputes.

Introducing myself, I am Onyx, one of the Directors of Iconic Roleplay. Our goal is exactly what was outlined in the post above: focusing on the kind of immersive roleplay that so many of us enjoy and miss. We built this city to prioritize storytelling, creativity, and freedom without all the chaos that tends to ruin good RP.

The team behind Iconic is committed to quick ticket support, helping with in-game issues as fast as possible, and getting out events so that our members can immerse themselves even more into the world of San Andreas. We’ve spent years in this community ourselves, so we know how much it means to find a place where RP feels respected and fun without having to worry about favoritism.

We genuinely love FiveM, and we enjoy it even more when we get to share it with people who have the same passion for roleplay. Whether you’re new or you’re a FiveM vet like some here, there’s a place here for you to tell your Iconic Story.
