Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? Yes
System specifications: Intel Core i7 9700k, Nvida Geforce RTX 2070, 32 gigs of Rams all DD4, SSD, HD.

What is the issue you’re having? Big shudders in game and a crash very rarely but sometimes. I noticed today my CPU is pretty much always 90%-100% when I am not just standing still. GPU usage normally is only like 30%-40%.

What are you trying to do? GTA RP, just trying to get the usage to come down and stop the lag/studders.

What have you tried already to fix the issue? Clearing all my caches, messing with video settings, making sure texture quality is on high from recommendations on forums, tried to bump extended texture budget up a bit before I realized it was a cpu issue.

What did you do to get this issue? Nothing that I am aware of.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
I play on GreenLeafRP and that is it.

Have you tried the testing server? Do you have the same problem in the testing server? Have you allowed all CPU cores and threads/maximized CPU affinity? ( Task manager > right click on gta 5 game process > cpu affinity > all cores must be checked ) Have you scanned your PC for viruses?
