Hey i have 1 sc account and 1 steam acc is it immposible to play one time from steam and one time from sc from the same pc on a server with different character?

If the server supports this, yes. Simply don’t run Steam.
However, most servers that do support Steam require you to always run Steam.
I have both gta downloaded and steam and sc so only i need to make is to change directory date on fivem? and try?
No, just don’t launch Steam and FiveM won’t be able to use your Steam 
I try it and saying Unable to find SteamID please relaunch fivem with steam open or restart fivem & steam if steam is already open
because the server you are trying to play on requires steam.
can i play if have buy it only on social club but not on steam

yes just make sure you run steam before opening fivem
