**What is the issue you’re having?**0.1 MB download speed for resources when trying to join a server

**What are you trying to do?**Fix it,I have much better internet than that! It’s absolute bonkers thinking about sitting idly watching my pc download a 7 mb file for 5 minutes!

**What have you tried already to fix the issue?**Adding GTA5,Rockstar Games Launcher and Fivem.exe to Steam library
