@Boss Where would I find this? I looked through my GTA directory and couldn’t find any.
I have a same issue (Win 8.1) and does not download 100 files (e.g: i have only CitizenFX.log and CitizenFX.log2 or folder “game” contains: 73 files and 3 folders)

Probably in your /plugins/ folder.

These are the only things in my plugins folder. This seems to be a common problem as I’ve met others with the same issue.

You shouldn’t use ScriptHookVDotNet.

@Boss I’m still having the problem of Five Reborn loading and that works, however no servers pop up. It’s just the background and the music.
Post back the clean GTA V folder and /plugins/ folder screenshots.
Delete dinput8.dll
@Boss The problem still persists. This only became an issue after the Russian update. Before it worked perfectly fine with those files in it.
Well. Things change, try to remove your plugins folder (drag it to your desktop).
That didn’t work either. I believe it might be a problem with windows defaulting something or with reborn
Are you still having the same error as the first time?
Yea. It launches but the server list doesn’t appear. Neither does any of the other text.
What are your PC specs?
Nvidia 940 M
8gb Ram
i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20 GHz
Right click FiveReborn make sure you are running it with the correct card.
